Ragondin Recall runs on iPhones with an A14 chip or later (iPhone 12+) and Android devices with at least 4 GB of RAM. On-device transcription and summarization require sufficient processing power; the app will indicate if your device is compatible.
Yes. The app makes zero network calls during recording, transcription, or summarization. There is no server, no account, and no telemetry. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries exist only in your device's local storage, encrypted at rest via the system keychain. Read our full privacy policy for details.
Yes. You are responsible for informing all participants and obtaining any consent required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Recording laws vary by location — some require all-party consent, others only one-party consent. When in doubt, always ask before you record.
Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play, according to their respective refund policies. We don't process payments directly. You can try every feature for free during the 7-day trial before purchasing.
You can delete individual recordings from within the app by swiping or tapping the delete option. Uninstalling the app removes all data. There's no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.
Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, speaker clarity, and language. In a quiet meeting room with clear speakers, accuracy is typically high. For noisy environments or heavy accents, results may vary. You can always review and edit transcripts within the app.
