By downloading, installing, or using Ragondin Recall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Description of the Service

Ragondin Recall is a local meeting recorder that runs directly on your device.

The application provides audio recording, on-device transcription, speaker diarization, AI-powered summarization, and cross-meeting search. Core functionality does not require cloud-based processing.

Eligibility

Ragondin Recall is intended for users aged 16 and older.

By using the application, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.

Recording and Consent

Ragondin Recall uses your device's microphone to record audio. You are solely responsible for:

• Informing all participants that a recording is in progress
• Obtaining any consent required by applicable laws before recording
• Complying with all local, state, national, and international laws regarding audio recording, including one-party and two-party consent statutes
• Understanding and following your organization's policies on meeting recording

ragondin.ai does not provide legal advice regarding recording consent. If you are unsure of your obligations, consult a legal professional.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ragondin Recall in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the application to record conversations without proper consent
• Verify AI-generated transcripts and summaries before relying on them for important decisions
• Accept responsibility for how you use the application and any generated content

AI-Generated Content

Ragondin Recall uses on-device AI models to transcribe audio, identify speakers, and generate meeting summaries. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Transcripts and summaries should not be considered verbatim records or professional-grade documentation.

Ragondin Recall is not intended to replace:

• Official meeting minutes or legal records
• Professional transcription services
• Compliance or regulatory documentation
• Medical, legal, or financial record-keeping

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any transcription, summary, or speaker attribution generated by the application.

Intellectual Property

Ragondin Recall, including its software, branding, interface, and design, is the intellectual property of ragondin.ai and its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.

Recordings, transcripts, and summaries generated from your meetings belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your audio, transcripts, or generated outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ragondin Recall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• Transcriptions will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Speaker identification will correctly attribute all statements
• AI-generated summaries will capture every key point or action item
• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The application will always be compatible with your device or operating system

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ragondin.ai and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Ragondin Recall.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or recordings
• Business interruption
• Financial losses
• Reliance on AI-generated transcripts or summaries
• Consequences of recording without proper consent
• Device performance or storage issues

Termination

You may stop using Ragondin Recall at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

Because the application does not use accounts or cloud storage, uninstalling the app removes your local application data unless otherwise preserved by your device operating system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
